Item has shelf & use wear. The cover has nicks, wrinkles & rub marks. All three sides of the sleeve have slits in the middle area & the record sometimes poked out. To protect the sleeve from further damage I placed the record in a spare sleeve. The record will be shipped in the spare sleeve. The record plays well even though it has slight scratches. It also has static build up & all that goes with it. I didn't attempt to clean it. I leave that for the buyer as everyone has there own preferred method.
