Description

White label Test Pressings are generally produced in extremely small numbers  by the record companies for Audio Approval and occasionally promotional purposes.

Due to the nature of a test pressing it will always be at least the very first pressing off the master plate thus in theory producing the best possible sound. (A-1 & B-1 Stampers on the run off groove)

On occasions Some Test pressings are rejected and the master plates are then re-made, therefore these very rare records might contain unreleased tracks or even different track running orders or tracks.

I am not familiar with this album so I cant confirm if this test pressing is an exact replica of the finished product or not.

The Track listing as it is listed on the cover is as follows, i cannot confirm if the tracks on the album are in the same order  but i can confirm thanks to the matrix number on the run  off groove that it is the correct test pressing for the sleeve.

Format: Stunning White Label Test Pressing UK 12" Vinyl Album with Picture sleeve

Misc.: Part of a polydor ex-employees mint and Unplayed vinyl collection , this item came in a batch of white labels promos and various unknown artists and it would appear that the records have been stored and never or hardly ever used. This could be a fantastic chance to own perfect vinyl that is 30+ years old.

Condition:

The sleeve is in excellent condition with no major defects, just the slight signs of ageing and protecting the vinyl.

The vinyl is in MINT condition and appears to be unplayed, there are NO surface marks or scratches at all and the center of the label shows NO spindle traces, check out my other auctions for more mint unplayed jems.
