Here's your chance to pick up a fine Mosaic box set, The Complete Verve Recordings of the Teddy Wilson Trio (8 LPs, numbered #5200 out of 7500). This one is a handsome find. The box itself is in very good condition. The binding along the box's spine has come unglued about 1 cm in width, but is still very much intact with the rest of the box. Apart from this slight imperfection, the box is extremely clean. The 20-page booklet is absolutely mint, very very clean. The records themselves are perfect, and have only been played a few times. The recordings contained herein (from 1952 to 1957) are the perfect examples of Wilson at his best, displaying the technical prowess of his younger years while exhibiting a maturity and musical superiority he'd gained throughout his long career.
