Description

Clear Blue Sky by Clear Blue Sky. Subtitlled "Journey to the Inside of the Sun", this 1970 LP on rare Vertigo Swirl label is their legendary psychedelic raga spacerock masterpiece. If you only know the CDs, prepare for a surprise. Side 1 is sequenced as one continuous, unfolding trek. Sound quality is superb, and cut reveals sound depth lost in later digital editions. Condition: Record is not perfect but there are no jumps and only very occasional surface noise. Gatefold sleeve is by legendary prog artist Roger Dean (his first?), and displays none of the wear and tear exhibited by most "hippie pad" lps from this period. Spine is perfect and you are unlikely to find a copy in better condition. Extremely rare - currenly on gemm.com for $385!!!
