VG++ record, VG++ cover, 4 track '84 EP on DCA Communications (no catalog#). Rare local Northern California metal including Run for Tomorrow, Out on Your Own, Always Near, and Euology. Top condition rarity. Vinyl close to M- but one little surface scuff.  Rarely offered, the 1st and only copy I've had or even seen firsthand in all my years of collecting.
