Description

A BREAKDOWN OF THE RECORD AND ARTIST/S :-

CHICKEN SHACK ARE :-

Stan Webb (Vocals & Guitar)

Christine Perfect (Vocals, Piano & Organ)

Andy Sylvester (Bass Guitar)

Dave Bidwell (Drums)

THE RARITY OF THE RECORD :- The rarest Chicken Shack album and extremely difficult to locate a copy in such excellent condition

THE COVER :- Laminated Single Sleeve

THE LABEL :- Rough textured 1ST PRESS Blue Horizon label

THE VINYL VISUALLY :- On initial inspection the vinyl sits perfectly flat on the turntable!! and retains an original deep glossy shine and looks beautifully clean for a 42 year old record!! I cannot see any areas of concern. A beautiful looking piece of vinyl

THE VINYL PLAY GRADED :- On play grading this fantastic record I have found it to be a clear and vibrant sound that hasn't lost any of it's magic over the past 42 years. It certainly hasn't been overplayed atall, there are slight signs of static but only heard in very quiet areas of the album in the main. These static areas will more than likely go away once the album has been played and cleaned a couple of times by its new owner. Overall I would say the vinyl plays to an Excellent condition

THE SLEEVE FRONT CONDITION :- This is the very earliest 1ST PRESS sleeve and there are no seam splits or stickers or writing and only light signs of shelf wear.  It still retains its glossy feel and sheen even after 42 years The laminate only shows very very minor creasing I would rate the cover as Excellent Plus condition

THE SLEEVE REAR CONDITION :- A non laminated rear cover with  a large picture of the band plus track listing and general info There is no damage or stickers or writing which frequently frequent albums of this age. None laminated rear covers are extremely difficult to keep pristine and I rate it as near pristine I would grade the rear as Excellent Plus condition

THE LABEL SIDE ONE CONDITION :- Original rough textured label in perfect condition, one small sticker (easily removable) but no writing and no damage at all, only slight signs of minimal plays around the spindle hole

THE LABEL SIDE TWO CONDITION :- Original rough textured label in perfect condition free from stickers or writing and no damage at all, only slight signs of minimal plays around the spindle hole

THE SPINE CONDITION :- The writing on the spine is clear, no spine damage just light signs of shelfwear

THE INNER SLEEVE CONDITION :- Original issue polylined Decca inner is near pristine, no splits or tears

THE EXTRAS :- No extras were given with this album
