Description

The first three albums of Chic will be individually re-released on 180-gram vinyl. These versions of Chic, C'est Chic and Risqué include the Nile Rodgers Signature Edition Remaster, which made its debut last year as part of The Chic Organization 1977-1979 box set
Each album was remastered from the original Atlantic stereo tapes of Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studios. Rodgers served as executive producer and oversaw the remastering with the approval of Bernard Edward Estate. To ensure outstanding sound quality, the albums were mastered at half speed and pressed onto 180-gram vinyl.
