Description

Here for auction is a very rare set of 78 RPM records by Charlie Parker and Howard McGhee and Dizzy Gillespie and Miles Davis called Be-Bop Jazz with The Stars of The New Movement. It is on Dial Records and so very hard to find. I will say the 3 records are all VG as far as 78 records go, all play well and the highlight of this set is the Charlie Parker rendition of Lover Man on record 2. Miles Davis, Dizzy Gillespie, Serge Chaloff, Roy Porter, Lucky Thompson (Mr. Bop), Dodo Mamarosa, Al Haig, Stan Levey and Don Lamond. These three records are in a bookleyt, please see all the photos above. This is not a cheap set so please research and bid accordingly. Dial Records are the most valuable Charlie Parker Recordings.
