Carpenters 30th-anniversary Mini LP set with Ticket to Ride promo box

Complete set of 30th-anniversary Mini LPs gleaned from either the original limited-edition box set or individual releases, contained in a rare "Ticket to Ride" promo box. 

Each original Mini LP cover and 30th-anniversary pressing of the CD is included, with all covers VG or better, except "The Tan Album," which has a slight-but-noticeable crease where the flap is inserted into the envelope. Each CD comes with the original A&M label pressed right onto the disc.

Now, here's where things get complicated: Because these come from a number of sources, the inserts for each need detailing. In some instances, they arrived with only the Japanese lyric-sheet booklet; in others, only miniatures of the U.S. custom lyric inner sleeves.

When U.S. generic A&M or custom lyric inner sleeves were missing, I had best-possible quality reproductions printed from high-res scans of the originals. 

Here's what's included:

--"Ticket to Ride": 30th-anniversary individual release, OBI, English/Japanese lyric booklet, repro of generic A&M inner sleeve from the era.

--"Close to You": From 30th-anniversary box with repro of generic A&M inner sleeve from the era.

--"Carpenters" (note damage to cover indicated above): From 30th-anniversary box with repro of generic A&M inner sleeve from the era.

--"A Song for You": From 30th-anniversary box with original lyric-sheet insert. Gorgeous.

--"Now & Then": From 30th-anniversary box with repro of original A&M inner sleeve.

--"Horizon": From 30th-anniversary box with original lyric-sheet insert. Lovely.

--"A Kind of Hush." 30th-anniversary individual release, OBI, English/Japanese lyric booklet, original lyric-sheet insert.

--"Passage." From 30th-anniversary box. Was not released with inner sleeve, so none included here.

--"Made in America": 30th-anniversary individual release, OBI, English/Japanese lyric booklet, original lyric-sheet insert.

--"Voice of the Heart": 30th-anniversary individual release, OBI, English/Japanese lyric booklet, original lyric-sheet insert.

----"Lovelines." 30th-anniversary individual release, OBI, English/Japanese lyric booklet. Was not released with inner sleeve, so none included here.

Finally: The "Ticket to Ride" promo box. It's in good-to-VG shape, with front, back and spine near-perfect (meaning it displays beautifully), but it arrived with shelf wear to bottom and slight creasing to bottom and top. Nice, but by no means mint. Still, it's an awesome way to store and display this set.

With 30th-anniversary box and promo boxes, and the 30th-anniversary individual releases, increasingly tough to find, this is a great way to get the best of all of the above at a fraction of the prices. (For the record, this Carps fan bit the bullet and ended up buying each of the individual SHM-CDs, so now you know why I'm letting this go.)
