This is the REAL first press , not the red Deram label, which is a second press!!!
Sensational sound quality, NO skips or jumps. NO clicks, this is really a stunning vinyl with a beautiful deep gloss. Vinyl: EX condition. Only a couple of small hairline marks can be detected. On side 1 track 2 a mark that does not cause any trouble on replay. Otherwise this looks spectacular!! Not played often at all!!!! Inspected under an intense lightsource and angled.
I have played this in FULL> The replay is ASTOUNDING!!! There are not any jumps or skips. There is no background noise at all!! Very remarkable for this 1970 vinyl!!! I played this on my Technics turntable with a Linn cartridge and through my very revealing B&W three way speakers!!!
Sleeve: Gatefold sleeve .One of the very best I have seen of this album. As many of you know, very prone to extensive wear like e.g. In The Court ... by King Crimson as this is not laminated. The spine has some heavy rubbing nearer the top, otherwise fine. Very light storage rubbing to the bottom edge. Two or three small mini creases and mini tiny corner "bumps". Has the original blue printed polylined inner sleeve with slight yellowing. This inner has the album title printed in the corner in ink. Apart from the top of the spine this would be EX, as it stands I will grade VG+.
The inside Gatefold is immaculate.
