On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition) by CAPTAIN MARRYAT simply called 'CAPTAIN MARRYAT' and is an original pressing on the THOR label. This LP is seriously rare and is the only LP that CAPTAIN MARRYAT made in their very brief career. This LP sold tiny amounts when the band brought it out themselves and as a result of this only a few copies have turned up and is incredibly hard to find.
What makes this LP special is that the vinyl has only been played once (FACT) and it still looks brand new.This is the original THOR pressing and is in excellent condition. The record is pressed on thick quality vinyl and the catalogue number is THOR 1007S.
The record labels are in excellent condition with No wear, No writing and No spindle marks at all. The vinyl is in excellent condition and has No scratches, No hairlines, no scufflines and only 2 or 3 pressing traces which are a production anomaly but do not affect play whatsoever. The record plays with No pops, No sticking and No jumps and when your needle hits the groove this will only be the second time that this LP has been played. The record comes in its original cover which has minor ringwear on the front, minor spinal wear, and minor ringwear on the back with 2 very small red spots on the right hand side but retains its shine with no grubbyness or writing and would grade as Very Good Plus.
