Description
Original UK pink scroll label Charisma stereo 1st press LP, with the earliest A-1U B-1U matrices & matching 1-G 1-G stampers of the very 1st press!The E. J. Day Group sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some light corner/edge wear and some storage rubbing on the rear cover. The spine is intact and fully readable, the lyric inner is intact, but has sellotape residue on the edges & is in VG+ condition. The record is in visually EX condition, with a couple of faint & wispy sleeve removal hairlines & one or two light scuffs/marks visible on each side. The labels are in EX condition, clean & bright with evidence of a couple of faint spindle markings on each side. The sound reproduction is EX, still clear & precise throughout with no loud pops, hiss or crackle & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some brief background noise during the run in grooves, overall a really great, loud and punchy listen!! The matrix nos. are; CAS-1056, A-1U mother stamper 1-G, B-1U mother stamper 1-U. This is one of the first few hundred copies of the 1st pressing of the original 1972 UK stereo 1st issue of this album!!
All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund of original price & postage on return of the record (no partial refunds), no quibbles, no problems!! All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide. All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!! UK Signed For Postage is £4.50 for the first LP & is the same for up to four single LP's or two double LP's or more up to 2 KG!,
Will post to Europe (including all EU countries & Russia, Finland, Sweden, etc.) and Rest of the World (USA, Japan, Australia, Korea etc.), but airmail is limited to 5 or 6 lp's due to weight restrictions.
