CURTIS FULLER “Curtis Fuller, Volume 3” RVG, LAM, Blue Note BLP 1583 Mono Vinyl

This is the “RVG” stamped, Laminated Cover pressing of CURTIS FULLER’s “Curtis Fuller, Volume 3” on the “47 West 63rd” labels of Blue Note BLP 1583.

VINYL plays very well overall, mostly clean, with occasional pops or ticks with spots of very light surface noise. Very listenable and clean overall. Like all early Blue Notes, ensemble sections are clear, dynamic and strong. No distortion. No skips. Very Good gloss. Numerous hairline marks, none feelable. (If you can’t feel it, you won’t hear it). The “47 West 63rd” labels are clean, two inked “Ss” on each label.  See photos.

LAMINATED COVER is in good shape.  Corners worn. Spine and seams mostly clean, 8” taped lower seam, 3” taped upper seam. “BLUE NOTE RECORDS., 47 West 63rd, New York 23” back jacket shows large inked area, tape on topo and bottom seams. Please see photos.
