Ok, here we go. I bought this from Mal at Trash American Style on Mill Plain Road in Danbury back in 1989. I had been looking for one, and Mal had gotten this in and he was distressed because the band or other members of the hardcore community had written in blue marker (see Discogs) below to say BOLD, essentially defacing them. The story that Mal had told me is that Mark Supertouch did this to remaining 1st presses that either Matt (Bold) had or the band did it together. Some people were not happy, but they did it.  I was not sure, but then I thought it was cool. I have never, ever seen another one (even then!). It is mentioned that this was done in Discogs so there you go. It is the last record I had in my collection - one that my brother (who passed) really cherished, but now I feel it must get back out there for someone to enjoy, as I have had it for almost 40 years. It's in nice shape.
"Self Control" also written on the inside of the jacket. Crazy times. I do miss them.
