CREEDENCE CLEARWATER REVIVAL-COSMO'S FACTORY-1980 NR MINT MFSL ROCK LP

This is an exceptional audiophile quality MFSL pressing of Creedence Clearwater Revival, Cosmo's Factory. This LP was released in 1980  and pressed in Japan by Victor Music Company Ltd (JVC-Japan Victor Company). The LP was pressed on virgin vinyl with the vinyl translucent, with light passing through vinyl. This LP was purchased by me used a number of years ago and was played maybe once or twice. Please note that the MFSL version has a near mint book value of $70.

As to grading, I grade very conservatively following Goldmine Record grading standard. Except that for records that are a notch below near mint, rather than VG ++, I prefer to use grade of Excellent. I do not use VG++ grade in addition to Excellent grade as is done by some.

The LP visually is in near mint condition and plays very quietly as tested using headphones. Please note that LP was cleaned before testing which was done few weeks before listing and done by hand and not machine. It should be cleaned again before listening. The cover is in very good condition. All cover corners show wear. The seams are still relatively  strong with rub wear/loss of color evident but no splits.  The spine shows flaking with loss of color and wear including where product is described but no splits. The front and back of cover show nice color but creases visible at spine more so on front 

The LP is being sold without reserve and payment is expected within 3 days of auction close. Return of the LP will only be accepted if the same LP sold and shipped is returned. Buyers that behave in a less than ethical or unreasonable manner will be reported and blocked from participation in future auctions.
