WoW!!!.... PDU Pld. SQ 6012 SQ QUAD - STEREO - MONO L.P. for the self titled record THE COSMIC JOKERS by THE COSMIC JOKERS.

This is a circa 1975 high quality PDU Italian quad pressing of this German psychedelic/space rock super-group's first album that had been originally released in 1974.... a "Cosmic Couriers" production featuring Manuel Gottsching, Klaus Schulze, Jurgen Dollase, Dieter Dierks and Harald Grobkopf. A Electronic and Psychedelic classic!

While it is not a original German pressing, these Italian PDU pressings are in SQ Quad and are of very high quality. Interestingly, this release was given a original Kosmischen Kuriere (Cosmic Courier) label on the second side.

"The COSMIC JOKERS is an extreme musical trip, psychedelic and a unique adventure through time and space. The music is for a large part improvised and proto-electronic built around the talented Manuel Gottschings electric guitar style (always spacey and bluesy). This is real German acid music, a music of paradise, transcending music, breaking of the materialistic world, a protest against the reality"--- Prog Archives.com

This was a album that I bought new myself back around 1975 and it was probably played two or three times at most (I recorded almost all of my purchases on cassette the first or second play after purchasing them).

RECORD: Visual grade of MINT (M)

SLEEVE: VERY GOOD (VG) with slight wear to bottom seam, corners and light surface wear/soiling.
