Fresh off the incredible success of O Brother Where Art Thou, T Bone Burnett assembled an all-star lineup of musicians like Jack White, Alison Krauss, Elvis Costello, and Sting to collaborate with legendary roots players like Tim O'Brien, Stuart Duncan, Riley Baugus, and Tim Eriksen. It's an unbelievable collection for fans of the artists involved, American musicology, and/or the film itself... and there is just something about hearing it on vinyl, like some old timey 78, these songs are meant to be heard here. The pressing itself is heavyweight and unbelievably quiet, a perfect fit for these rare Jack White solo acoustic tracks.
