Great project collaboration from Coil, boyd Rice and Current 93, the 2 first forming the "Sickness of Snakes". Released in the mid-80's in the great belgian Laylah Anti-records(Current 93, Nurse with wound, Organum, Laibach, 23 Skidoo, Zero Kama). One of the most experimental and interesting works from Coil, deeply influenced from Boyd Rice's / NON industrial attitude, performing "Various Hands", "the swelling of leeches", "The pope held upside down", while Current 93 on the other side deliver a magnificent track "Killykillykilly(a fire sermon)" dedicated to James Low. Experimental electronics, ritual industrial, mystical & harsh soundscapes. All material exclusive to this release, to my knowledge, not re-pressed in any form. Comes with original insert. 

Some words about Current 93 & Coil from the internet:"Current 93 is the ongoing work of David Tibet (now known as David Michael), once a member of Psychic TV and 23 Skidoo and also the founder of Dog's Blood Order. Dog's Blood Order was David's project which preceeded Current 93. Current 93 began in 1982, releasing a ritualistic single in the next year called LAShTAL and went on to release LPs of noisy soundscapes up through 1986. At that point, they turned to a more "apocalyptic folk" sound, with acoustic guitars and atonal vocals; yet they constantly evolve a new style with each record. Though the group is really Tibet's own, a family of ever changing musicians helps out with each release. The one musician to appear on virtually all Current 93 releases is Steven Stapleton of Nurse With Wound, and David Tibet in his turn has appeared on numerous Nurse With Wound releases. Members of Current 93 have collaborated with other groups such as Coil and Death In June. In addition to this, David's record label, Durtro, has released music from Antony and the Johnsons, Shirley Collins, Nature And Organization, Tiny Tim and others. - COIL: Formed in London in 1983 by John Balance as a solo side project to Psychic TV, the project soon developed into a full-scale musical group in 1984, when he cemented a partnership with Peter 'Sleazy' Christopherson. Christopherson had been a founder of Psychic TV and member of Throbbing Gristle. For over twenty years Coil had been at the forefront of European experimentalism and electronic music. Peter Christopherson has decided that, with the passing of Jhonn Balance, Coil cannot continue. Coil used also the aliases ELpH, The Eskaton, Time Machines, Sickness of Snakes and Black Light District."

Cover in excellent condition, vinyl vg+ with some "hairlines", plays ok.
