LOW start!...NO reserve….NO high priced ‘Buy it Now’!
Original UK issue……not a repressing or foreign issue. From 1969 and on the pink Island label with black circle and in a Gatefold Sleeve.
Unusual mixture of progressive rock, psychedelia, and baroque pop, some with orchestra, Beatle style music hall ("Grandad") and spaced-out weirdness ("Waiter, There's Something in My Soup"). This one seems to have fallen through the gaps back in 1969 but it’s a lavish production and well worth a listen.
Record has occasional light mark but cleaned on my vinyl machine it plays very well and the music cuts through fine with minimum background. The textured Gatefold Sleeve has all song lyrics and photos. Slight edge wear. A rare album and this is the only one I’ve ever seen.
