Please read: You are bidding on a single that is part of a recently unearthed collection of great US & UK early Rock n Roll and Doo Wop etc 7” singles.
All 7” singles are original UK releases, the majority on the UK London label. The condition rating is based on the sound reproduction which will vary from VG to near EX. You should expect surface marks and hairline scratches but the sound will be guaranteed as noted above. There are some real gems in this collection. Please keep checking back as more will be added over the next few weeks.
All “A” sides have been individually checked and play tested prior to listing.

Comments: Skiffle groups sprang up all over the UK. The music was relatively simple to learn and the instrumentation (tea-chest bass, washboard, guitar) affordable. Groups found performance spaces in small venues, particularly the fashionable coffee shops that were becoming gathering places for British youth. The City Ramblers were one such group that captured the imagination of British youth. This rare 4 track EP on Tempo records was recorded in Denmark in 1956 and released in the UK in 1957 and features female Skiffle legend Hylda Sims on Guitar and vocals.
