Churchill Stage Band-Two Different People, Ensemble Productions, EPN 195, 1970’s.

Rare Canadian-only private press stage band LP w/ solid funk (a break beat heavy Stevie Wonder’s “Superstition,” “Peace Pipe,” “Hang In There”) and folk-psych (“Two Different People” sounds like a Robert Tennison Troupe out-take, “Love’s Been Gone So Long,” a female vocal folk-psych gem). Well recorded for a record of this nature and one of the best from Canada as a whole. Ultimate recommendation.
