Description

      This is a great compilation of HOT ROD music, all selected by hot rod artist Robert Williams.  His artwork was used on the front and back cover, as well as the two picture lps.  He got his start working for Ed "Big Daddy" Roth doing those familiar monster t-shirt designs.  This is mostly obscure 50's and early 60's hot rod music and is from an English record company, Blast First records. (FU8)  I first learned of this lp from an article in a 1991 issue of Rod & Custom magazine. It was several pages and gave an in depth background about the lp. Only 4,000 of these albums were pressed according to the article. The lps are near mint and the cover is near mint. I will also include a copy of the article I referred to.  A great collectible for HOT ROD music and Robt. Williams fans. Song list below.
