This is a RARE UK NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL / NWOBHM single by the band CHIPPO from 1980, ORIGINAL PRESSING AND A MUST !!!
This single is on the famous Guardian Records N' Tapes label which is well known for many obscure NWOBHM and PUNK releases from the late 70's to early 80's, WELL HERE IS YOUR CHANCE TO GET AN ORIGINAL COPY !!!
Although there is no release date on the label, I have looked at other Guardian Records releases and the catalogue number on this single would indicate a release date of early 1980 (and thanks Mario for helping with the date) !!!
The sound of the single is: SIDE A: is a good mid fast pace NWOBHM with a bit of Blues influence with great rough vocals and good guitar solo. SIDE B: is more mid pace Rock once again with a good guitar solo, but not as good as the A side.
The single was pressed in 1980 on the private GUARDIAN RECORDS N' TAPES label, catalogue number GRC B32.
The songs are: FRIENDLY AIN'T ENOUGH / WITCH IN HER EYES .
The single does not come with a P/S and I don't think ever came with one and the condition of the VINYL is only in Good + to VG- condition (many marks and scuffs and plays with a bit of crackle but does not skip or jump).
DON'T LET THIS RARE NWOBHM single get away as you will never see another one soon.
