Comes with an typed acetate label
stapled to a blank white sleeve.
A-side of record, label & sleeve
all have the date "FEB 9 1972"
stamped in red ink.

Sleeve & label show slight yellowing.

Label has slight crease
from being folded in half.

Original white sleeve has fraying
at the open end.
