Title:   “Charlie Parker Memorial”

Label:   SAVOY.  Label is red with silver text.  Monaural pressing on medium weight vinyl, with deep groove.  RVG is stamped in the dead wax.  Catalog number is MG 12000. 

Year:  1955.

Personnel:  Includes Charlie Parker, Miles Davis, Duke Jordan, Max Roach, Bud Powell and many more.   

Condition: 

DISC:  Vinyl is beautiful VG++ with 100% of original gloss, appears to have been played a very small number of times and handled with care.  There are a few slight paper scuffs, not audible, no serious marks or problems.  Fidelity is excellent.  Labels are clean except for some spindle marks.  An excellent playing copy of this jazz classic.  

JACKET:   Jacket is nice VG+ with evidence of wear and handling, but still quite serviceable.  Front artwork is nice and bright.  The top right opening is beginning to split (less than 1 inch).  Reverse has a bit of minor darkening along the edges from storage, and there is a stamped notation (name of retail store) in light pink at the top right corner.  Corners display some wear at the tips.  Overall a very presentable jacket to accompany the fine disc.
