ISSUE: AS THESE WERE NOT MADE FOR PUBLIC SALE, THEY HAVE NO RECORD BRAND AS SUCH, BUT SHOW A ‘LUTE AND CLARINET’ LOGO. NUMBERERED 0186 AND 0187 RESPECTIVELY.

CONDITION: V+, SCUFFY BUT SHINY - PLAYS MUCH BETTER THAN IT LOOKS!

COMMENTS: SUPER RARE GERMAN WW2 PROPAGANDA RECORD, ONE OF A SERIES INSTIGATED BY JOSEPH GOEBBELS IN 1939 FEATURING TOP GERMAN JAZZ AND DANCE BAND MUSICIANS LED BY VOCALIST KARL SCHWEDLER AND TENOR SAXOPHONIST LUTZ TEMPLIN. THEY FEATURE POPULAR SONGS OF THE TIME WITH NEW LYRICS AIMED AT POKING FUN AT AND UNSETTLING THE BRITISH, AND LATER RUSSIAN AND AMERICAN ALLIES, AND WERE BROADCAST OVER SHORTWAVE RADIO. MOST WERE DESTROYED AFTER THE WAR.

PACKING & SHIPPING. We ship Worldwide - Postage and Packing charged at cost.  We professionally pack in custom-made heavy duty boxes - not a pizza box or one picked out of a supermarket trashpile - read our Feedback to see what real customers think about the quality of our packing! Multiple items are always combined, so the more you buy the cheaper the unit cost for shipping! We live in a remote rural community and only visit the Post Office once or twice a week, so parcels may take slightly longer to arrive.
