This record is in excellent- condition. It has a few faint spindle marks visible on each label but there are not many. There is no pen marks, stains or scuffs anywhere and the centres show minimal wear. Overall the labels are clean, bright and in good shape with no major issues to report but the few light spindle marks as mentioned.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides have a nice lustre and nothing at all serious visible but do have some light marks, minor scuffs and general light signs of age/handling. There is the odd light surface line, mark and smudge showing in normal light and also a few more light wispy lines evident when viewed under bright light. There is nothing major or nasty however and it still has a lovely lustre. Overall the vinyl is used and shows some signs of this but is also far from heavily used and is still in good playable condition.
I play tested the record and it played nicely with no major issues or serious levels of interference. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is little to no movement in the record arm. The sound produced is free from skips, sticks or serious clicks and overall has a high level of clarity. The audio would certainly match the visual grade of EX-, with most being closer to EX+. I noted a few minor splutters in track 4 on side 1 but nothing at all major on either side and overall it plays very well with good clarity throughout.
The gatefold sleeve is in excellent condition. It has only very light wear and rubbing to the edges and corners with the writing along the spine all legible. There are no tears, splits or pen marks and the sleeve is generally clean, bright and very tidy. It does have a faint area of sticker residue on the front in the top right corner however. Other than this and the slight edge wear there is also the odd minor crease around the edges/spine. Overall a nice tidy sleeve with just slight wear and minor levels of handling marks. I have tried to describe the sleeve as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to its condition.
It contains its original plain white inner but this has a split in the bottom edge and creasing. I will of course include it but the record will be sent in a brand new plain white replacement.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
