IMPORTANT NOTE: Grading items for condition is obviously very subjective. I have tried to over-emphasis any scratches/damage etc. so that there are no nasty surprises for the buyers!  In my grading, the cup is half empty, not half full!!!!!!  So don't always be put off by a lowish score - it might not be as bad as you think!

Warranty Info:
If you receive an item that does not work, our return policy is as follows:
1.You must notify us within 3 days of receipt that an item does not function as described.
2.You must return the item to us. You are responsible for return shipping charges. The returned item must include all accessories. The condition must be the same as when it was shipped. In addition, the custom seal or Micro Mark,must be intact and not be tampered with.on all pieces of this auction,

(we Micro Tag, Batteries, Hard Drives,Ac Adaptors, any and all items assoceated with this auction, to be able to varifie that it was the same items we sent,big problem with items bieng pirated,ie, batteries,hard drives, chargers,even had one little old lady switch our mint figurines with her broken ones in a set)
3.We will confirm that the item does not work as advertised and that all parts/accessories have been returned. At our sole discretion, we will issue a refund, or if available exchange the unit.
