It is very important that you read this whole item description section so you can know exactly what you're buying.
Just so you know:  I have been in the music business all my life(retired musician -play music for 40+ years) and have recorded many 45's/records but I AM NOT an expert on grading vinyl, but I will describe this item to the best of my ability...PLEASE VIEW ALL PICTURES AS THEY ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION.   Thank you.
What I have here for you(based on my research) is a very hard to find 45 vinyl record that was recorded at KEY-LOC' Recording studios in San Antonio, Texas. 
What I have here for you is TRUE Chicano, Northern Soul Music . This record was played one last time (on both sides) in the record player that you see in the pictures to double check on the condition before being packed.
This record IS NOT IN MINT CONDITION NOR NEW OLD STOCK, but it is in super nice condition for its age.  It does have some light surface scratches and slight warp but there is nothing that affects play.
Side 1: This side plays and sounds super fantastic.
Side 2: This side plays and sounds super fantastic.
The label has some wear as you can see in the pictures but it is in very nice condition for its age.  The sleeve is all white(not original to this 45).
NOTE: This particular 45 record is very, very hard to find that I don't know if you will see another             one for sale anytime soon.
