Original MONO Record Album LP made in the U.S.A. in the 1960's by BLUE NOTE (BLP 1595) 

- NEW YORK USA address on both labels
- DEEP GROOVE pressing indentation on Side 2 
- RVG and the EAR are both in the run off grooves on each side

RECORD CONDITION:  EXCELLENT
- both sides play great
- the Side 2 Label shows a tiny hint of wear & a few very light spindle marks
- the Side 1 Label shows very little wear - there are also a few small lightly torn spots & a few small spots with some paper stuck on the label
- the original Blue Note company inner sleeve is included 

COVER CONDITION:  Strong VG
- the front is Laminated
- there are no seam splits
- there is significant yellowing / staining on the back, a grease pencil line, part of an old price tag sticker
