Description
Buffalo Springfield by Buffalo Springfield Double compiliation album with Gatefold cover, Manufactured by WEA Records for Atlantic label 2SD.806 (ST.C.732874) Made in New Zealand? UK Import?
Seller has test played the two records. Record one is the more country rock sounding including the track For What it's Worth. Record two is gentler, sometimes folksy. Tip top recording and pressing showcases superb muscianship. This original release is a rare find in the UK.
Condition of both records are very good overall. Some periodic crackling on Side One and Side Four particularly, all of which is more obvious in the quiet, fading of songs and the spaces between tracks. NOTE The crackling does not impact negatively on the listening experience overall and there are absolutely NO jumps.
The double album cover is very good, with minimal creasing and wear. Has the original import sticker on the top LH corner. A photograph of the band members feature on the front and back with some styling additions, and the same photograph (in monochrome) appears on the RH inside - with an About Buffalo Springfield text by Jean-Charles Costa on the inside LH.
The inner sleeve(s) are straightforward, transparent polythene covers.
