Mega Rare LP of Budd Johnson - Blues a la Mode (Felstead SJA-2007 - stereo) Original 1950s red label edition - NOT a re-issue. Extremely rare session for reed man Johnson also features Charlie Shavers, Ray Bryant, Jo Jones and others in a rare classic that no serious jazz collector can be without.
The LP is in Mint condition with no marks to report and all of the original shine - really really nice! The cover (blue back printing) is in VG+/Near Mint condition with minimal age/shelf wear - remarkable for an LP of this vintage. NO splits, NO tape, NO writing, NO stamps, NO stickers. It's safe to say you'll probably never see a better copy than this one.
