Description

This is the original deep groove RVG-etched “P”-pressing of Bud Powell “The Amazing, Volume 1” on the Lexington Ave. labels of Blue Note BLP 1503.  The flat rim playing surface is in excellent condition, with a beautiful luster and just a single inaudible scuff on each side.  The coated frame Lexington Ave. cover is in remarkable condition – bright and clean throughout – with just very slight rubbing on the top and bottom seams and along the opening, on the front.  Personnel include Fats Navarro, Sonny Rollins, Tommy Potter, and Max Roach.  $200.00.
