CONDITION DETAILS Boxed 5 LP Set; with 32-Page Book Included. Vinyl plays nicely (play-graded). Box looks good; some scuffing, tiny surface abrasions, discoloration spots, and surface impressions (front/back). Inner-sleeves are original (photos); eleven seams partially split. Spine and top-edge are easy-to-read. All edges show some wear. All corners are unbroken and show wear. (Not a cut-out.)

ABOUT THE RECORD Live/1975-1985 contains popular songs from Bruce Springsteen's studio albums, as well as previously unreleased material, including covers of This Land is Your Land by Woody Guthrie and the Vietnam-era protest song War. It was the first album since Stevie Wonder's Songs in the Key of Life to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard chart. It also became the first five-record set to reach the top 10 and the first to sell over a million copies. Not surprising, given Springsteen's reputation as a live performer and the sheer scope of the 40-song set, most reviews were overwhelmingly positive. Two singles were released from the box set: War (No. 8 Hot 100), and Fire (a Springsteen song that was a top 10 hit for The Pointer Sisters in 1979), reached No. 46 on the Billboard charts. Two non-album tracks—Incident on 57th Street and For You— materialized on B-sides from the album's singles. The music video for War was taken from the concert where it was recorded, while the video for Fire was from a completely unrelated 1986 acoustic performance at a Bridge School Benefit concert.
