As appreciated on pictures, the labels say correctly the name of each song but only plays "War" on both sides.
I listened to this single once from a friend a long time ago and it really played both songs so, THIS IS A REAL GEM!
This single is from the live album “Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band Live/1975–85” that even wasn't printed in Mexico it was available just as an import.
Certainly, you have heard that promotional items are printed in low quantities because they are meant to be distributed only in radio stations and media. In Mexico the promotional singles are printed in even lower quantities than in the U.S.A., Europe or Japan.
