No reserve, no minimum. There is no buy it now feature. This is a 10 day auction where the highest bid wins, no matter what that price is.

Up for bid is a Brian Hyland Record Store Promo for the album Tragedy, A Million to One. Also included in this auction is plastic sleeve so it doesn't get damaged. The measurements are 22" X 22" for the standee, and 24 1/2" X 24" for the plastic sleeve. The cosmetic condition of this item is a "B," namely due to edge wear and light foxing. The DOT# is DLP 25926.

Note on Shipping. Once in the shipping box this item borders on the oversize limit. If you've ever dealt with the Post Office on the oversize limit you'll know that despite the weight of an item, if it's oversize they start the weight at 15 lbs. I want everyone to know why shipping seems high.

The bidding starts at $0.01, so bid what you feel is fair. There is no Buy It Now price. This is strictly a 10 day, highest bidder wins auction.

Please read the following before bidding:

Shipping: Shipping cost to the lower 48 states will be between $15.00 and $30.00. The closer you are to Tampa, Fl. the less expensive it will be. Shipping will be by the U.S. Post Office. For Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii shipping will be actual cost. No hidden fees will be applied.

Note on Shipping Extras: The shipping price I quote is for shipping only. If you would like Tracking, Deliverly Comp., Insurance, Overnight, or anything else, you must let me know so I can figure that cost in. Do not send me a money order, and then say you want all these extras. That will not fly. I do not jack my shipping costs up by $7.00 like everyone else on Ebay seems to do, so if an extra is not paid for, it will not be given.

Note on Shipping: Shipping to North America only, no exceptions. Don't ask if I will ship elsewhere, shipping is to North America only. I will not respond to, "Can you ship to Asbeckistan?" If you are not registered in North America you are automaticly blocked from bidding on this auction by Ebay. I can't change that. Don't ask. Shipping is to North America only.

Payment: Payment is by Money Order/Cashier's check only. NO personal or business checks. Please do not send cash or stamps.

No E-Payment: I do not accept any form of e-payment. This includes Paypal. Please do not e-mail me whining about Paypal. I don't care, and I don't want to hear it. (Note: this may sound harsh, but I always get one idiot per item whining about Paypal.)

Warrenty: All items are sold as is, with no guarantees, warranties, or returns.

Bidders: Zero and Negative feedback bidders should contact me before you bid. That means you newbies! I will cancel your bid otherwise. Positive bidders can bid freely.

Contact: The winner of this auction must contact me within 3 days, and I must receive payment within 10 days. Otherwise I will assume you are not interested in paying, and I will file a non-paying bidder report with Ebay.

Insurance, delivery conformation, etc. are not included in the shipping cost. If you want any extra things from the Post Office let me know so I can include it in the price.
