We have a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 2/3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers.
We mail all paid orders out once a week on Fridays/Saturdays. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule to Monday. We strive to keep our shipping and handling costs as close to actual charges as reasonable. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. Please be aware we have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.

RARE very limited small Original first pressing vinyl from over 30 years ago by leader of Brainticket, Belgian musician Joel Vandroogenbroeck, who made some rather fantastic ambient, faux-ethnic and electronic albums for the German Coloursound library label in the late 70's and 80's. His work is rather underrated in a field saturated with predictable composers of the style. From echo-plexed flutes to squelchy Moogs, to abstract clavinets and ambient washes of sound, he really covered a lot of ground. His Meditations series is as good as any ambient space music out there, and his forward looking Biomechanoid is a terrifying ride through cosmic hell.
Brainticket always seemed to be on the margins of the whole krautrock scene (even if they were technically based in Switzerland), but since each of their initial three albums were very different from one another - and the fact that they each boasted a different line-up - it's safe to assume that Vandroogenbroeck was really Brainticket all by himself. it is a good precursor to this later, krautrock-friendly library work.
Lots of acid induced abstract stringed instruments and bowed percussion combining into a very ancient and mythical ethnic sound, yet with that ever-present ethno-prog library feel. For collectors into the sounds of Anima, Limbus 3, early Ohr label experimenal works, Conrad Schnitzler's Kluster, etc.
