Breakdown/album grade
1). Mint - Basically New or with no imperfections
2). Near Mint - Basically New with two very slight/minor imperfections that does not effect record's performance/sound.
3). Very Good - A few light scratches/scuffs with no effect on the record's performance/sound.
4). Good - Same as very good, although some light static can be heard on the imperfection(s) of record.
5). Poor - Imperfections can be observed, static heard throughout playing of record and skipping.
6). Bad - We won't list it
