Item Description:

Blue Note Records BLP 4079 (mono) (made in USA) - Lou Donaldson - Gravy Train LP. This is the 1963 pressing, the address on the labels is "Blue Note Records Inc - New York USA". "RVG" and the "ear" are stamped in the dead wax on both sides of the record. There is a deep groove under the labels on both sides of the record.

Personnel: Lou Donaldson, alto sax; Herman Foster, piano; Ben Tucker, bass; Alec Dorsey, conga; Dave Bailey, drums. 

The condition of the record is VG+, there are a few light scratches; an "x" is written in pen on each label. The cover is in VG condition, the top seam is split for 4 inches from the leading edge; there is a 5 inch split on the bottom seam. The spine is unbroken.There is residue from old tape on the back cover. Includes custom Blue Note label paper inner sleeve.
