1st press variant.
Vertigo ''large swirl'' label - with the wording ''Vertigo'' credited below the spindle hole on label side B.
Gatefold sleeve.
Cat# - 6360 011 appears on B-side label, spine and rear of sleeve above VO PRICE CODE.
℗ 1970 is printed above 33 1/3 on right side on label.
There is no break in between the tracks "Hand of Doom" and "Rat Salad" - i.e. looks as though there are only three tracks on the B side of the record when there are actually four (see pic).

The vinyl is in excellent plus condition with no scratches or hairlines. It could pass for mint minus but I'm conservatively grading it at excellent plus. There are only the faintest of sleeve removal scuffs to be seen. The labels are excellent minus, with some spindle marks and rub marks.
The audio quality of this record is superb.
Both sides play through from start to finish without any skips, jumps or pops, there is the occasional noise from dust specks but this rare. Seldom will you see this record with the vinyl in this condition resulting in the audio sounding so clear.
The gatefold sleeve I'm grading as very good. It has residue to the front and shelf wear to the edges and corners and a small tear measuring approx 7mm to one corner. The spine is very nice. The inner Vertigo swirl sleeve is very good with creasing.
This record has been cleaned ultrasonically and has been placed in clean pvc lined inner sleeve with the original inner sleeve included.

Shipping will be by FedEx, signature verification, tracked and insured and a record mailer and stiffeners will be used.
The vinyl will be secured outside the outer sleeve to prevent sleeve damage.

GRADING
I use the Record Collector's grading system giving separate condition ratings for the Vinyl and Sleeve:
Near Mint (NM) - A nearly perfect record. Has more than likely been played few times or not at all, and the vinyl will show no imperfections during playback. Sleeve will have no more than the most minor defects. The same is true of any other inserts, such as posters, lyric sleeves, etc.
Excellent (EX) -The record shows some signs of having been played but there is very little lessening in sound quality. Sleeve may have slight wear or creasing
Very Good (VG) - The record has obviously been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Sleeve, normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable.
Good (GD) - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. Sleeve suffers from folding, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
