Description
Confirmed FIRST pressing on the SST label of the album “Slip It In” by the legendary punk rock band Black Flag. This record has all the specific matrix runout features that confirm is the very first pressing of this album such as:
•the ? symbols found in the matrix
•the phrase “ONLY THE STEAMING LIQUID OF CAFFEINE... STARK, STARKER...” on side A
•the phrase “AND WALKED OUT INTO THE BRIGHT LIGHT WITHOUT SUNGLASSES” on side B
The record is in VG+ condition with some minor paper scuffs and hairlines that do not have a very noticeable affect on play just light surface noise in the quieter sections between songs which can’t really be heard once the band begins playing. The sleeve is in VG/VG- condition. There is no seam splitting or any structural damage just some ring wear, edge wear and creasing. This may sound silly but personally I actually like way the moderate wear looks and think it kinda suits the record. Since I’ve owned it, the record has be ultrasonically cleaned and stored with a high quality anti-static inner sleeve and a poly outer sleeve.
