But these super-successful players know that growing up can be hard and that kids sometimes need a little help to stay in the game and stay positive when there's a lot working against them.

So Roc-A-Fella and its artists are offering a selection of special auctions designed to benefit the children of Team Roc , a basketball-themed charity affiliated with the label.

New York City Mission Society , the city's oldest human services organization, is well known for having established Camp Minisink , the first sleep-away camp for African-American children. Today it offers programs and initiatives in education, prevention (foster care placement prevention and adolescent pregnancy prevention), personal growth and development, and arts and recreation to over 3,500 children and families who reside in Central Harlem and the South Bronx .

The Team Roc program is a youth empowerment collaborative between New York City Mission Society and Roc-A-Fella Records using basketball to help shape the lives of over 100 young people. The program combines basketball, cultural enrichment, and access to educational opportunities to help kids develop life, leadership, and socialization skills.

What happens if I change my mind after bidding?

When the auction is over, someone from Universal Music Group will contact you by phone or email to congratulate you and to confirm the final payment amount.

How do I pay for my item?
All Universal Music Group auction items must be purchased through the PayPal service. Sales tax will be charged on the final winning bid amount, if applicable. This sales tax is based on where the item will be sent.
