Description

This is a basically near mint copy of Bill Evans- The Complete Riverside Recordings boxset from 1985 (Riverside R-018). It had a limited run of 5000 copies and covers the years 1956-1963. 151 performances ranging from solo to quintet. The vinyl is still very nice - near mint with the exception of a mark on side 26 (I'll Never Smile Again) that looks as if it may be audible. The labels are still colorful and vibrant with some spindle trails. The box cover shows very minor wear which is almost exclusively at the head and foot of the spine. The 32 page booklet is near mint as are the two boxes which contain 9 LPs each. The booklet includes rare photos, full discography, an appreciation by Martin Williams and personal commentary on each session by Producer Orrin Keepnews. Media Rate shipping is $6.00.
