Artists: Benny Goodman

Benjamin David Goodman was born on May 30, 1909 in Chicago, Illinois and passed away on June 13, 1986 in Manhattan House, New York, New York. He is know as the "King of Swing" as a band leader and as a American Jazz in the mid-1930s, Goodman led one of the most popular musical groups in the United States.


Cover: Cover is in gr8 condition. The binding is in gr8 shape except that a family pet thought the records so delicious it nibbled the top corner. There is slight wear along the edges of the binder but otherwise it is amazing condition .

Shellac Record:  These records sound incredible. There are scuffs and scratches that are difficult to see on camera but they play tested without skips. These shellac 78 records are extremely durable if cared for and handled properly which clearly the previous owner took great care with this collection.
