DISC 4: 26091-A: Sweet Georgia Brown (Fox Trot) 26091-B: Opus 1/2 (Fox Trot)
Album is complete and discs are in condition as pictured. I have not tested and set is sold as-is.  Discs are in tact and solid - no breaks or imperfections that would deem any of them unplayable.  From a non-smoking/pet-free home. Stored on a shelf in a record cabinet kept in a cool room for many years. Spine is solid and intact. No writing on labels. I have not attempted to clean the records and other than photographing for this auction and carefully replaced in their slots, this record set is in the nice vintage condition it was found in.  Please ask any questions prior to bidding.  I'll answer as best as I can. 
Will ship very carefully in a well packaged, bubble-wrapped box via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx.
