Being sold on behalf of a friend:
Original LP pressing of: Belle and Sebastian’s debut album Tigermilk. This LP is extremely rare, it is one of 1000 originally issued. Most were given away to friends, sold at live shows, or used as promotional material. This LP is the most collectable Belle and Sebastian item.
Tigermilk was initially pressed on Belle and Sebastian’s own label, Electric Honey Recordings. The record was intended to be the end result of the band’s music business school course, but it became an unexpected word-of-mouth sensation and the LP quickly disappeared from shops.

• Original pressing on Electric Honey Recordings label
• Record etching says ‘Trim D Masterpiece HER LP 5 – B1’
• Lyrics are on the back of the album cover
• Bought from behind the counter in Coda, Edinburgh 1996
• In good condition, please note there are scratches on Side 2 but it does not seem to affect play, other than a few crackles on the first track of Side 2.
