Description

Nowhere Man 1966

1st Pressing

GEP 8952

Matrix: 7TCE 904-1 and 7TCE 905-1

Stampers: 1O and 1GA

Both sides of this disc show a good gloss lustre, displaying numerous surface marks and needle lines. Audio quality is superb with no appreciable deterioration to this powerful mono mix. However, the performance of each track is as follows: Nowhere Man-crackle and some repetitive light clicking, both of which disappear through the second half. Drive My Car-perfect. Michelle-crackle and some heavy clicks both of which diminish towards the end of the track. You Won't See Me-perfect. The whole disc plays through without any stalls or jumps.

The labels are in excellent condition, with no damage or unwanted writing, just the usual collection of spindle trails.

The sleeve is in fair condition, looking general quite tired, with creases and age discolouration. However, it is completely intact  and is a genuine original issue.

All in all, a reasonable example of this rarer Beatles EP, still delivering a brilliantly clear audio.

I have other Beatles items listed, please take a look.

Please read the following information:

For reasons best known only to themselves and their psychiatrists, some new members will outbid all others to win an auction and then vanish without paying or replying to emails. For this reason, if you you have a feedback score of less than 10, please contact me before bidding, to confirm your ability to complete the transaction. Failure to do so will result in your bid being cancelled and the item offered to a genuine bidder.

I always listen to the whole disc and try to give an honest description of its performance. Being a buyer as well, I have experienced the irritation of receiving an item which, although not described dishonestly, has had important details 'conveniently' omitted from the write up. It is not uncommon on, used vinyl, to experience the odd dust pop, particularly in the run ins/offs, so please bear this in mind. I will tell you if there are any skips, stalls, repetitive clicks, crackle or sound deterioration For your own peace of mind, I will give you a, no quibble, full refund (including the cost of return postage), if you find your purchase unacceptable. Thank you.
