The Beatles: Vee-Jay Records - VJ 498 Please Please Me - First VJ release version!
I acquired this rare VJ collectible, not because of it's stellar condition, but more out of promising to give it a good home, rather than the trashcan.
It was presented honestly as having not so great record condition and labels, and a hairline crack (about 3/8" long) on the beginning of the record (lead in). Despite that, it actually plays all the way through with decent, but not out standing sound quality.
Therefore, it is a collectible - the last label version VJ produced of the 498 and only one with brackets logo. I am offering this at a seriously reduced price to a collector that will add it to their collection with all the interest any Beatle collector would.
1. Beatles - VJ (brackets logo - rainbow label) 498.06 (Spizer) Please Please Me / Ask Me Why. R = G+ to VG- overall. VG sound quality.
Record is in cleaned condition, in new white sleeve with original vintage VJ sleeve on archival board.
