This excellent 1965 1st to 2nd TRANSITIONAL pressing is on the UK Yellow & Black Parlophone label: PMC 1267
The side 1 label also carries a genuine 'pointed-end' Factory Sample sticker on side 1.
Side 1 & 2 Matrix Numbers are the EXTREMELY RARE Transitional 1st Press 'LOUD CUT' XEX 579-4 & XEX 580-1 which makes this factory sample extremely rare as this was a sample copy of the first and second press while the loud cut was being replaced.

Housed in a front laminated Flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover.
Complete with an original EMITEX inner-sleeve.

Visual: EXCELLENT TO EXCELLENT PLUS

Pristine, clean & bright surfaces bearing just slight faint paper scuffs on side 1 and 2 in strong daylight but no other marks or any scratches.
Close inspection directly under a halogen desk lamp reveals no more than a few wispy sleeve removal hairlines but no other marks.
Both sides lie 100% flat both sides on the turntable with no warping or lifting.

Audio: EXCELLENT PLUS

Rarely played, this is a fine sounding copy with no crackle or groovewear distortion on any track.
There is little to find fault with.
There are no loud clicks, jumps, repeats or any other significant audible wear anywhere.

Cover: EXCELLENT TO EXCELLENT PLUS

This fine example retains an extremely high-gloss, unscratched laminate which disaplys just a few light edge wrinkles and a couple of thumbnail creases, top edge of the sleeve show the slightest wear and opening edge corners show minor wear.
The corners and opening egdes show hardly any wear.
The spine & seams are all completely intact, clean & undamaged.
The back is brights and clean with hardly any discolouration.

EMITEX inner sleeve is original and is unsplit with just minor creasing.
