Description

Beatles , UK Mono Parlophone LP , this LP is indeed an oddity , the story of the "loud cut" Matrix numbers (in the dead wax) is now well known as an identifying indication of the time the LP was pressed .. , Matrix numbers ending in -1 were only pressed for the first 2 days of its manufacture, so often you find this LP being advertised as "matrix 1" , or the more common "matrix 4" or Matrix 5" , this LP however is a mix of the both !!! , Side 1 matrix is XEX 579 - 4 and Side two is Matrix XEX 580 -1 ...possibly unique ?? , certainly intresting !!

The Flipback sleeve is in EX condition , the back of the sleeve on a "whiteness" grading of 1-10 is a comfortable 8 , there is little "age browning" but nothing serios , no rips , no tears and no writing , ...and its in the far rarer "E. J. DAY" manufactured sleeve

The vinyl itself is in VG++ condition , no major marks on either side , the only slight , very feint marks are the sort caused by the vinyl LP rubbing against the inner sleeve ...I have playgraded this LP and can confirm that it plays perfect with NO erronious noise , NO "crackle" , NO "pop" ....A wonderful LP for your collection
